NTP over IPv6 on Netscreen

I was attempting to configured an new NTP server (another IPv6 one) because the last one I configured wasn't pulling time. In fact, I was getting a specific error that no NTP server was reachable and 'get event type 00531' was showing no love for NTP.

Given I am using 5.4 and IPv6 seems to work without issue, I was puzzled why this was not working. I could ping the NTP server and the Trust to Untrust IPv6 allow rule was logging and the pings were showing up in its log but…

Not entirely IPv6 related but....a pcap sampling site

This is different than some of the usuals I might frequent (Wireshark, Packetlife.net, etc) but it was one of the few where I could find an IGMP v3 pcap file (there may be others but they weren't working for my Google Fu).
