Just a heads-up in regards to IPv6 adoption in the Philippines... as early as 2008, the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) has already started lobbying for the adoption of IPv6. The only catch are the following:
- Your server apps should support IPv6 (WinXP's IIS is not IPv6-compliant, so it can't be seen…"
