Kevin Karp replied to Marc M's discussion 'Sydney down?'
"Thanks Mikael for that traceroute. It is a very normal route and times for ANY traffic from a server located in Sydney to any server located in North America. Just crossing the Pacific is typically 250-300ms - that is just the real world. This…"

Kevin Karp replied to Ian Morehouse's discussion 'Sydney server to busy to process connections'
"Out of our hands! We (IPv6Now) are the local host for the Sydney PoP and have taken no action to fix this issue. Actually the only action that we can take is a hard re-start which we perform reluctantly, only upon advice from Mikael, and very…"

"I am in Australia and have received my CPE device and have it working using a PowerTechPlus SwitchMode AC Adaptor. It has switchable output voltages of 3,4.5,5,6,6.5 & 7. I have it set to 6V.   It also comes with a variety of plugs - I have…"

Kevin Karp commented on Kevin Karp's group 'IPv6Now'
"Hi Ahmed Since the IANA/APNIC depletions we have seen a distinct increase in interest for our services. The uptake cycle is still fairly long so it won't translate into uptake for a little bit yet. However the other effect of the depletion is…"

Ahmed Abu-Abed commented on Kevin Karp's group 'IPv6Now'
"I just noticed the extensive set of services from available IPv6 Now, and I think this is an excellent model that should be followed in other regions.   Has IPv6 Now seen any significant jump in subscribers, particularly to the tunneling…"
