my talk at GoGo6Live : From IPv6 day to IPv6 every day

We will briefly look at the futility and danger of staring too long at the bottom of the IPv4 address barrel.   IPv6 is not just about IP addresses, it is a gamechanger and we have take-off. The 'brokenness' issue will soon belong to the past and to conclude we will look at some IPv6 moneytrails. Looking forward to see you all in San Jose Yves    See More

IPv6 Medics without Borders

At its November 5th plenary (1), the Canadian ICT Standards Advisory Committee approved the recommendations of the Canadian IPv6 Task Group set up by isacc (2) in april. The 50 members of the Task Group were invited to individually produce a list of seven recommendations. Received inputs were collated, debated, ranked and ultimately distilled down to a pair of quite straightforward recommendations for immediate action : mandate support of IPv6 in Federal Government ICT procurements and set up a…See More

Hi Yves, do you have an opinion on the "Crazy long domain name" discussion in the gogoBETA group? It would be good to hear what you think. Thanks.
