"Yes, but the strange thing is that Windows XP boxes in my LAN can access IPv6 sites, while Windows 7 can not.   "

"Sounds like your ISP is preparing to go IPv6. You might not being getting a native IPv6 connection due to any of the following:DSL/Cable modem not IPv6 readyGateway router not IPv6 ready ISP isn't giving out IPv6 addresses to customers yet"

"AFAIK, no, the GoGo client does not to 6to4 or Teredo; that's build into Windows so Windows should do it for you."

Resolve but no connection on Windows 7?

My ISP has updated their DNS to support IPv6. If I open a command prompt and run "ping -6 ipv6.google.com" it resolves the name ok, but ping itself times out.Of course no http connection happens either. If I use the Gogo client of course everything works fine, of course. So the question is, how to correctly configure 6to4 or Teredo on Windows 7? Or is it even possible without the Gogo client?See More

Geekzone gone Ipv6...

After a little bit of work we now have Geekzone (www.geekzone.co.nz) with IPv6 connectivity through our hosting/colocation provider ICONZ. Visitor to the site through an IPv6 connection will see a different header with a green IPv6 over our usual logo. We decided to keep the same URL to avoid search engines seeing "duplicated" content. We also have a test page as ipv6.geekzone.co.nz - it is only visible through IPv6 connections and the only output is your…See More
