IPv6 | The Internet of Things

As of Feb.15, 2010, only 22 blocks of IPv4 /8 are left, that's 8% of the address space.

Is this consumption rate within the norm ? It was down to 24 blocks only 45 days ago.

They said "One /8 per month"
In 2009 only 10 /8 were given to the RIRs.
I you count the 2 blocks in januari as a late 2009 allocation, things are "normal".
